Proposed Local Planning Policies for Public Comment – August 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, Council resolves to advertise the following draft Local Planning Policies for public comment.
Policies
The draft Local Planning Policies are intended to provide clear guidance on criteria for urban landscaping and extractive industries.
If you would like to make a submission, please send an email to [email protected] or post to the Tom Price Administration Office at PO Box 567, Tom Price WA 6751 and include in the title block reference to the policy/policies you wish to comment on. Please submit before close of business on Tuesday, 22 September 2026.
