Proposed Local Planning Policies for Public Comment – August 2026

In accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, Council resolves to advertise the following draft Local Planning Policies for public comment, for a period of no less than twenty-one (21) days.
Policies
The draft Local Planning Policies are intended to provide clear guidance on criteria for urban landscaping and extractive industries.
If you would like to make a submission, please send an email to [email protected] or post to the Tom Price Administration Office at PO Box 567, Tom Price WA 6751 and include in the title block reference to the policy/policies you wish to comment on. Please submit before close of business on Monday, 14 September 2026.
