Governance Framework

The Shire of Ashburton has adopted a Corporate Governance Framework to provide clear governance guidance not only to the Elected Members, but also to all employees.  

This framework provides a mechanism to practice good governance, and it ensures that the Shire is able to manage its many complex legislative and broad governance responsibilities effectively and in the best interests of the community.
