Keep the kids entertained over the school holidays with the Shire of Ashburton's exciting program of activities across Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Pannawonica and Onslow.
From creative workshops and recreational activities to special events and hands-on experiences, our School Holiday Program provides opportunities for children and young people to learn new skills, make friends and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for most activities and should be made online through the Shire's booking platform, Humanitix. Places are limited and some activities may have participant caps or waitlists. Participants must be registered in the correct age category to attend.

Important Information for Parents and Guardians
Before registering, please note:
- Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or designated guardian (18+) at all times during program delivery.
- Participants under 10 must be signed in and signed out by an authorised adult.
- Allergies, medical conditions, sensory needs and support requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Participant behaviour must be respectful and follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- The Shire may photograph or film activities for promotional and communication purposes. Parents and guardians can advise staff if they do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or video footage.
Cancellations
If your child can no longer attend an activity, please cancel your booking through Humanitix or notify the Shire as soon as possible so the place can be offered to another participant. The Shire reserves the right to cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in School Holiday Program activities is subject to the Shire of Ashburton School Holiday Program Terms and Conditions. By making a booking, parents and guardians agree to comply with these requirements. The Shire reserves the right to refuse participation or remove participants where the Terms and Conditions are not met.
