The Shire of Ashburton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purposes and public comments are invited.

AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS DAP APPLICATION - TRANSIENT WORKERS ACCOMMODATION - ONSLOW VILLAGE
This application proposes to amend the previous development approval granted by the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel (RJDAP) on 24 August 2022 by:
The application has been submitted in response to requests from the Shire and community submissions. If this application is approved, then the existing development approval will be amended to incorporate the changes summarised above. If this application is not approved, then the existing development approval granted on 24 August 2022 will remain valid.
Details of the proposal are available for inspection on the Shire of Ashburton website - www.ashburton.wa.gov.au/publicnotices/ and can be requested for viewing at any Shire Offices, during office hours.
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire of Ashburton in writing on or before Monday 6 February 2022. All submissions should be forwarded to [email protected] and include the application number ‘DA 22-76’.
