Works to Commence for Paraburdoo ANZAC Memorial Park Development in January 2024

Paraburdoo residents and community members are advised that landscaping and civil works will be undertaken as the Shire of Ashburton commences the redevelopment of the current Anzac Memorial Park in Paraburdoo.

From Wednesday 10 January 2024, Byblos Construction will begin works at the Anzac Memorial Park between ANZAC PL and Ashburton Hall, outlined below.

There will be some disruptions during this period including:

• Temporary limitations accessing some areas of the car park
• Increased construction vehicle movements
• Disruptions to pedestrian access to areas of the memorial park

We anticipate the project to conclude mid April.

The ANZAC Redevelopment project will enhance and renew the park, while providing a restored and updated memorial to the existing Anzac Memorial plaza.
