Tom Price Mall Works

The Shire of Ashburton are in the final stages of completing the Tom Price Town Centre Revitalisation program. As part of this the following works will be undertaken over the coming month. 

Central Road Car Park Shade Structure’s  

These works require a total car park closure from the 27th May until the 20th June. A designated area of the car park will remain open to allow Roadies to trade as normal from Thursdays through to Saturday nights. 

Mall Walk Way Shade Canopies

Construction is scheduled to start on the 4th June and be completed by the 29th June. During this period an exclusion zone will be erected within the mall though access to shops will not be affected. This may include some night works to ensure impact on the public is minimalized.

Mall Concrete Cleaning and Sealing

Night works will be carried out from the 1st June through to the 9th June, during this time small sections of the concrete paths will be fenced off to create and protect working areas.

Tom Price Mall Interactive Wild Life Sculptures

Installation of art work is scheduled to occur from the 22nd till the 30th June. During this time small sections of landscaped areas will be secured as work areas.
