Shire celebrating volunteers across all four towns this National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week is a chance for all of us to celebrate and recognise the vital work of volunteers and to say thank you to volunteers across the Shire.

The Shire of Ashburton is lucky to have a great network of volunteers across Onslow, Paraburdoo, Tom Price and Pannawonica who work tirelessly to support a range of clubs, groups and associations throughout our community.

To say thank you for their contributions, the Shire is hosting invitation only volunteer thank you evenings, each with dinner and live music.

In Tom Price and Paraburdoo, the general public are invited to enjoy live music that will follow the volunteer evening.

Karratha locals The Flying Submarines will be heading to Ashburton Hall in Paraburdoo on Friday May 20 and Doug Talbot Park in Tom Price on Saturday May 21.

For more information contact Jenna Pickering (Tom Price) via [email protected] or Karly Yerra (Paraburdoo) via [email protected]
