Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, that Council intends to close Road No 1644 for amalgamation into adjoining properties.
The road runs in a Southerly direction crossing Mount Florence Station Homestead via Coolaineyea Pool, Weelumerrina Spring Reserve to the Hamersley Station Homestead.
Details of the proposal are available for inspection during office hours at the Shire of Ashburton Administration Centre, Poinciana Street, Tom Price. The proposal is also available on the Shire’s Website: www.ashburton.wa.gov.au
Public comments on the proposal are invited and may be submitted to the Shire of Ashburton in writing on or before the 20 August 2014.
