The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease a portion of Lot 41 Nameless Valley Road, Tom Price, to Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation for a term of 10 years from the date of approval of the lease by the Minister of Lands for the following consideration: $50 p/a (GST ex.).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $250 on 24th February 2015.
Other relevant details: The use is for the continued trial biodiesel crop of Moringa Oleifera.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
