The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease by way of licence the Onslow Airport check-in counter, dispatch office, external office, communications room and kitchen and toilet facilities, of Lot 16 Onslow Road, Onslow, to Virgin Airlines Pty Ltd for a term of 3 years with 2 x 1 year renewal options, from the 1st April 2015 for the following consideration: $36,400 p/a (GST ex.).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $250/sqm on 16th September 2014.
Other relevant details: Auction or Tender were not proffered as Virgin Airlines Pty Ltd leased the existing temporary terminal facilities and requested provision in the new facility to continue their service.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
