The Shire of Ashburton proposes to sell (portion of) Lot 16 Onslow Road, Onslow, to Onslow Marine Support Base (OMSB) for a price of $1,280,000.00 (Excl. GST) plus conditions.
An indicative desktop assessment of the disposition was considered to be $7.50/sqm on 18th August 2015.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
