The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease portion of Lot 16 Onslow Road, Onslow, to Skyfuel Pty Ltd for an aircraft refuelling depot for a term of 1 year with a further 1 year option, from 18 November 2015 for the following consideration: $11,440.00 p/a (GST ex.).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $6/sqm on 5 June 2015.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
