The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease portion of Lot 811 Ashburton Court, Paraburdoo, to Programmed Skilled Workforce Limited for a term of 1 year with a 1 year renewal option, from 1 August 2016 for the following consideration: $28,600 p/a (GST ex.).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $200/sqm (GST ex.) on 22 February 2016.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
