The Shire of Ashburton proposes to lease by way of license a 98m2 portion of Lot 67 Mine Road, Paraburdoo to The Bedford Paraburdoo for a term of 2 years from 1 March 2017 for the following consideration: $2,600.00 p/a (inc. GST).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $4,290 (inc. GST) per annum in November 2016. The annual license fee has been agreed upon given the decline in the residential population and the limited trading hours.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
