Onslow community, we have some updates about our Streetscape Project 🚧

​The intersection of Third Street and Second Avenue will be closed to traffic from Monday, 19 November through to Saturday, 6 December while we build the brand-new roundabout in that area.
If you’re heading to the Beach Resort, you can still get there via Simpson Street and First Avenue. The new car park opposite the Beach Resort will also stay open, just note that vehicles leaving the carpark will need to exit via First Ave and Simpson St.
We know roadworks can be a bit of a hassle, and we appreciate our community's patience. The good news is that our team is on track to have all roads, footpaths, crossings and paving finished by Christmas, so normal use will be back by then!
By the end of the year, we’ll be around 90% complete – with shade structures and arbours coming in January 2026, and the final landscaping wrapping up in March (once the worst of the heat has passed!)
