The Shire of Ashburton will be commencing asphalt works in Onslow from March 27, 2023.
Kerbing, driveways and asphalt placement works will take place between March 27 to April 14 as part of the Main Roads WA NORA Funding.
The program will involve new kerbing and driveways along Guliguru Way and Bidan Street, and milling of the existing road surface and placement of new asphalt along the roads listed below.
The following roads will be impacted:
- Guliguru Way (inclusive of new kerbing and widening of the road)
- Bidan Street (inclusive of new kerbing and minor changes to the road)
- Burt Close
- Hope Court
Refer to attached map for location details (highlighted in Yellow).
Dates may vary subject to weather and contractor availability.
Residents are advised that impacted areas will be temporarily closed whilst works are being undertaken, however local traffic will be guided by way of Traffic Control Management.
All vehicles will also be required to park off the street while these asphalt works are being performed.
