Onslow community members are advised that earthworks will be undertaken from January 17 as the Shire of Ashburton is preparing the Onslow Caravan Park Overflow parking area.
From Tuesday 17 January, earthmoving works will commence at the Caravan Park Overflow Parking area at the Northwest end of Second Avenue in Onslow.
There will be some disruptions during this period including:

Temporary changes to traffic conditions and vehicular access in Second Avenue.

Increased heavy vehicle movements

Possible disruptions to pedestrian traffic at the end of Second Avenue
The project is anticipated to conclude in late February 2023 and is expected to accommodate visitors during the 2023 Eclipse Festival of Events.
