Councillor Cecilia Fernandez officially opened the redeveloped Tom Price Skate Park. The facility, referred to as “one of the best skate parks in WA” by Skateboarding Australia, was proudly funded by Lotterywest, Rio Tinto and the Shire of Ashburton.
The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all, children, youth and adults alike. The skate park, designed by Convic, was built to be an inclusive community space that appeals to people of all ages which embraces the natural landscape and environment, making it an enjoyable facility for the community.
