Roadline Civil Contractors have been engaged to undertake development works on Lot 314 South Road, Tom Price on behalf of the Pilbara Regional Council and the Shire of Ashburton.
This Lot was identified as a potential development site as part of the 2011 ‘Lazy Lands’ project which aimed to identify vacant land that can be fast-tracked for development when the demand arises.
The works will commence in September 2016, taking approximately 6 weeks and will include the following:
- Removal of vegetation, disposal of rubbish, fences, debris and other deleterious material;
- Stripping, stockpiling and redistribution of top soil;
- Excavating, screening, placing, cutting and compaction of fill to level within the sub-division;
- Construction of open drains; and
- Hydromulching dust and erosion preventative.
