OTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING
In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of Ashburton invites local residents, ratepayers and business owners to attend its Annual General Meeting of Electors. The purpose of the meeting is to present the Shire’s 2019/20 Annual Report and any other general business.
Date: Tuesday 18 May 2021
Time: 4:00pm
Place: Onslow Multi-purpose Centre, Cnr Hooley Avenue and McGrath Avenue, Onslow.

CHANGE OF VENUE ORDINARY MEETING OF COUNCIL
In accordance with Section 5.4 of the Local Government Act 1995, this notice is to advertise that the venue for the Ordinary Meeting of Council scheduled for Tuesday 18 May 2021 commencing at 1.00 pm has been changed and will now be held at the Onslow Multi-Purpose Centre, Cnr. Hooley Avenue and McGrath Avenue Onslow.
