Non essential travel to be avoided at Onslow

Visitors and those still travelling though our region are urged to be mindful when visiting our Onslow community.

Due to the geographical constraints with access to Onslow there are some concerns as supplies in town are already at low levels for residents.

The Onslow Caravan Park remains open but there are strict protocols in place.
This includes those travellers who are trying to get home are considered essential travellers for one night only and travellers with no fixed abode.

All guests to implement social distancing and will be asked to complete a questionnaire on their recent travel and whereabouts.

We ask that if you are unwell you avoid travelling to the region and if you are required to undertake 14-day self-isolation we urge you to do so.

Our overflow facility for RVs is closed.

The Shire of Ashburton looks forward to welcoming visitors and tourists to the area once it is safe to travel and explore our vibrant region.
