The Shire of Ashburton hereby gives notice of its proposal to undertake a major land transaction.
Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, a major land transaction plan for the proposed lease agreement renewal of 'Sun Chalets', 60 Second Avenue, ONSLOW has been prepared and public submissions are invited in relation to the plan.
Copies of the plan are available for inspection at the Shire’s Administration Buildings located in Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow or, on request from Janelle Fell, Project Support Officer at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can download a copy of the plan here.
Submissions are to be lodged in writing (or by email to [email protected]) to the Chief Executive Officer and received no later than 4.00pm WST 14th July 2014.
