The Shire of Ashburton is providing a green waste collection for Shire of Ashburton residents in Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow free of charge throughout November.

Residents are advised to take time to look around their property for broken branches, fallen trees, shrubs, and tree prunings to discard in preparation for the upcoming cyclone season.

Collection will take place in each town on the following dates:

Onslow: November 22nd-26th 2021

Paraburdoo: November 22nd-26th 2021

Tom Price: November 22nd-26th 2021

Please ensure items are out by November 21st as any items placed out after this date may not be collected.

Residents are asked to please stack items in a location that is easily accessible for hand collection.

Do not place items on top of water meters, footpaths, taps, Telstra pits or within 2 meters clear of green mini pillars (green domes).

If possible, tree pruning waste must be tied into bundles no more than 2 meters long and no more than 10kg each.

If you are a senior resident or suffer from a disability, please contact the Shire for assistance.

To register your house for collection, visit the Shire of Ashburton website.
