Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the Shire of Ashburton’s intention to dedicate portion of Lots 9 on DP 047851 and 26 on Plan 241873 (Mine Road, Tom Price), as a public road.
The proposal can be viewed at the Shire of Ashburton Administration Centre, Poinciana Street, Tom Price and the Onslow Administration Building, Second Avenue, Onslow during office hours, or ashburton.wa.gov.au/building-planning/town-planning/public-notices.
Submissions should be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Ashburton, PO Box 567, Tom Price, Western Australia 6751 or [email protected] by 4:00pm Friday 27 July 2018.
