Playing a lead role in driving strategic workforce initiatives, the Manager Human Resources has a key leadership role in developing and assisting to promote the strategic direction of the organisation.

Appealing to an energetic and capable HR professional, this senior management position leads a small team in the delivery of a comprehensive range of professional HR advisory services across the organisation, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, including renegotiation of new EBAs', Occupational Safety and Health, and Payroll. Importantly, you will ethically lead from the front and be driven to ensure the team delivers its service with honesty, integrity and in confidentiality.

Demonstrated ability to advise at a senior executive level and at all levels across the organisation, along with the ability to critically analyse information, develop strategies and communicate these plans is essential.

An attractive remuneration package between $120k to $140k per annum, plus superannuation is offered. This position will be primarily located in Tom Price.
