Please be advised that Club Room 3 on the ground floor of the Clem Thompson Memorial Sports Pavilion, Tom Price will be available to licence from April 2016.
The Shire invites all interested community groups to submit their EXPRESSION OF INTEREST to hold a Licence over Club Room 3 at the Clem Thompson Memorial Sports Pavilion.
Submission Requirements
- Submissions Close: Monday 29th February, 2016
- Submit via email to: [email protected]
- Attach letter detailing why the Club Room will benefit your club.
Annual Licence Fee
The annual licence fee is $500.00 plus GST per annum.
For junior organisations the annual licence fee is $300.00 plus GST.
The Shire recognises that several submissions may be received and therefore a notification of the successful tenant will be advertised to all community groups which apply. If there are any questions in relation to the above please call the Shire’s Facilities Manager on 0417 183 364.
