It is very disappointing to learn the last minute news that the Australasian Safari won’t be in Onslow after all this September. The organisers have regretfully just advised that Onslow will no longer be used as a Safari overnight rest site as they incurred problems gaining approvals to some state and private lands for one of the nearby competition race legs.
The Shire of Ashburton was very much looking forward to the event coming to Onslow and had supported the event.
