Disposal of two (2) Impounded Vehicles, Tom Price WA.
As per the Local Government Act 1995, Disposing of confiscated or uncollected goods, Section 3.47. The Shire of Ashburton seeks bids, by Auction for two (2) impounded vehicles, held at the Tom Price Waste Facility, Bingarn Road, Tom Price WA.
A reserve price of $505.00 including GST has been set for each Vehicle.

Vehicles can be inspected by appointment only, from 28 April 2025 until 15 May 2025 not including weekends.
Hard copy, facsimile, or late submissions will not be accepted.
The condition of vehicles is final and the Shire will not be responsible for any works to the vehicles. Persons considering placing a bid are advised that the vehicles are to be transferred, in as-is condition, keys are not available and neither vehicle is registered.
Canvassing of Councillors or Shire of Ashburton Staff is not permitted, those people found to be canvassing Councillors or Staff will be disqualified from the Auction process.
