Temporary Compliance Exemption - Ordinary Council Meeting Minutes - 20 October 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Local Government has granted the Shire of Ashburton a temporary compliance exemption under section 9.63A of the Local Government Act 1995 to permit the Shire to temporarily withhold publication of a Council resolution from the 20 October 2026 council meeting on a temporary basis, to respond to unusual circumstances.
