Proposed Local Planning Policy 9.1 – Sea Containers

In accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, Council resolves to advertise the draft Local Planning Policy 9.1 – Sea Containers for public comment, for a period of not less than twenty-one (21) days.

The draft Local Planning Policy 9.1 Sea Containers is to provide clear guidance on approval requirements for the use and location of sea containers within the Shire.
