Proposed Disposition of Property - Lot 201 on Deposited Plan 422498, Onslow Airport (McAullay Road, Onslow)

The Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of the above land by way of lease to MinRes Air Facilities Pty Ltd.

The licence proposed is for an initial term of 2 years, with two further 2-year option terms to support managed ground handler works and services at the Onslow Airport.

The licence fee payable commences at $25,701.24 per annum (plus GST) for the initial term (paid monthly in advance in equal instalments), plus CPI review at the commencement of each of the further option terms available, if enacted.

A valuation by a licenced valuer dated 9 July 2025 determined the indicative market rental value of the subject portions of the property proposed to be licenced, exclusive GST and outgoings.
