Proposal to Dispose of Property – Licence: Portion Of Lot 201, on Deposited Plan 422498, Onslow Airport (Airport Terminal) Onslow, WA.
Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of property as follows:
• Licensee: Virgin Australia Regional Airlines Pty Ltd.
• Property: Portion of Lot 201 on DP 422498 Onslow Airport, (Airport Terminal) Onslow, WA
• Term: One (1) year commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus one option of one (1) year
• Rental: $39,167.76 + GST per annum
• Market Valuation: $41,000 + GST per annum
