Proposal to Dispose of Property – Licence Part Lot 201 Onslow Road, Onslow (Onslow Airport)

​Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of Lot 201 Onslow Road, Onslow, being Hangar Mike at the Onslow Airport, by way of a licence to Onslow Airwork. The licence area comprises approximately 100 square metres.

The term of the proposed licence is two (2) years commencing on the execution of the licence agreement, with one (1) further option of five (5) years. The annual rental proposed will be $5,000 (plus GST), with the current market valuation being $3,000 (plus GST) per annum.
