PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY – LICENCE
PART LOT 201 ONSLOW ROAD, ONSLOW (ONSLOW AIRPORT)

Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of Lot 201 Onslow Road, Onslow, being Hangar Tango at the Onslow Airport, by way of a licence to Mr Trevor Buckland. The licence area comprises approximately 160 square metres.

The term of the proposed licence is six (6) months commencing on the execution of the licence agreement, with one (1) further option of six (6) months. The annual rental proposed will be $5,000 (plus GST), with the current market valuation being $8,000 (plus GST) per annum.
