Onslow Airport – Lease & Operation of Kiosk

Ideally located in the new Onslow Airport Terminal, the Shire of Ashburton is offering a 2 year lease of the kiosk to an appropriately qualified and experienced company or individual to provide food and beverage services. A further term of 1 year will be offered at Council’s sole discretion.
The kiosk is located in a prime location within the Onslow Airport terminal and offers exclusive opportunities to the tenant as well as benefit patrons of the facility, and surrounding operations.
It is a prerequisite that the tenant has experience in the operation of commercial kiosk, kitchen and or café type operations and can demonstrate compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and accreditations
The key objective is to secure a reliable operator, capable of servicing a high volume of travellers within critical timeframes, whilst being responsive to customer needs, food variety, high levels of hygiene and quality.
- Size approx. 16m2
- Supply and installation of equipment tenant’s responsibility
- Vending machines supplied for tenant’s use
- Outgoings include electricity, insurance and water
- Parking and Loading space included
- Lease to commence on 1 July 2015.
