Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 5.4 (a) (i) of the Local Government Act 1995, that there will be a Special Meeting of Council to be held on Saturday 21 March 2020 at the Council Chambers, Tom Price Senior High School, Central Road, Tom Price commencing at 3.00 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following:

• Item 1 To consider the impact of Coronavirus on the Shire and local business;
• Item 2 Acceptance of the Chief Executive Officers Contract and the transitional arrangements for the Acting Chief Executive Officer.

NOTE Item 2 will be a confidential item and therefore members of the public will be excluded from that part of the meeting.
