Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

Under the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Shire of Ashburton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purposes and public comments are invited.

LOT NO: 68

STREET: NAMELESS VALLEY DRIVE

SUBURB: TOM PRICE

PROPOSAL: SELF SERVICE FUEL STATION

This development application relates to the construction of an Unmanned fuel station, accessible by local and regional customers and featuring an emergency response call button. The station consists of two refuelling areas and an above ground diesel storage tank. Vehicles can access the station via the Northwest and Southeast crossovers of Lot 68 from Nameless Valley Drive.

Comments on the proposal are now invited and can be emailed to [email protected] or posted to the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 567 Tom Price WA 6751.

  • All submissions must include the following information:
  • Your name, address and contact telephone number;
  • How your interests are affected; whether as a private citizen, on behalf of a company or other organisation, or as an owner or occupier of the property;
  • Address of property affected (if applicable); and
  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.

All submissions received may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the Shire’s website, unless a submission specifically requests otherwise.

 

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire of Ashburton in writing on or before Wednesday 28th May 2025.
