Disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Ashburton proposes to dispose of a portion of property as follows:

• Licensee: Network Aviation
• Property: Portion of Lot 201 on DP 422498 Onslow Airport, (Airport Terminal) Onslow, WA
• Term: 6 months commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus one (1) option of one (1) year.
• Rental: $42,000.00 + GST per annum
• Market Valuation: $42,000.00+ GST per annum
