Intention to Undertake Significant Act During Caretaker Period

The Shire of Ashburton intends to invite the following tender during the caretaker period. The decision to invite the tender was made before the caretaker period commenced. 

Request for Tender: RFT 20.25 - Construction of Thalanyji Oval Lighting Upgrade, Onslow, WA. 

Planned Advertising Dates: Wednesday 15th October 2025 until Wednesday 5th November 2025 

Planned Decision date: 18th November 2025. 

Decision summary: Director Community Development authorised to invite tenders and determine evaluation criteria under Delegation 01.01.14 Tender for Goods and Services.  This notice is provided in accordance with Section 3.73(4) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 3B of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Ashburton gives local public notice of its intention to undertake a Significant Act during the caretaker period of the local government elections.
