EOI 09.23 - Tourism Development Opportunity, Onslow

The Shire of Ashburton seeks Expressions of Interest from experienced and capable accommodation, tourism, caravan park and hotel developers and operators. Proponents are invited to submit a formal proposal for the development and operation of tourism accommodation at Lot 674, Reserve 40014, Second Avenue, Onslow WA

Expressions are invited and will be received until:

• EOI Close: 12.00pm (WST) Tuesday 18th July 2023.

Hard copy, facsimile or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

The EOI is the first stage of a two-stage process. Following the outcome of the EOI, the Shire may proceed to the calling of a restricted Request for Tender (RFT) to those determined as acceptable tenderers. The issuing of an EOI does not commit the Shire to proceeding with an RFT.

Canvassing of Councillors or Staff will disqualify a submission.
