Local organisations impacted by Severe Tropical Cyclone Narelle are encouraged to apply for funding to support recovery and strengthen future resilience.
The Social, Economic and Environment Recovery Flexible Grants program offers funding from $2,500 up to $50,000 to support initiatives that help communities:
✅ Recover
✅ Reconnect
✅ Build resilience
Funding can be used for a range of activities, including:
– Community events
– Environmental restoration
– Repairing community facilities
– Business resilience and adaptation initiatives
– Emergency preparedness and training
Eligible applicants include local governments, incorporated not-for-profit organisations, community groups and industry bodies operating within impacted areas.
Applications close 6 July 2026.
