The toilets, which have been non-operational for the last six months, will have old drainage repaired and replaced to allow them to be open for public use.
Temporary fencing will be installed on 3 and 4 of April to account for preliminary location works, to mobilise materials and get sand and machinery to site.
Major excavation works are anticipated to commence on Wednesday 17 April.
