Have your say on the future of Onslow’s coastline

The Shire is reviewing the Onslow Coastal Hazard Risk Management and Adaptation Plan (CHRMAP) – a long‑term plan that looks at how coastal hazards like erosion, flooding and sea level rise could affect Onslow now and into the future.

What does this mean for you? If you live, work, own property, run a business or spend time along Onslow’s coast, this plan helps guide how beaches, foreshore areas, public spaces and infrastructure are planned, protected and managed over time.

Coastal conditions change, and the CHRMAP is updated to make sure decisions are based on the latest data, studies and local knowledge. Community input is a key part of making sure the plan reflects what matters most to Onslow residents.
