We’ll be lighting up Second Ave Onslow in orange this evening to recognise the incredible work of our State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers 🧡
As part of Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW Day), buildings across Western Australia will glow orange in support of SES crews and the vital role they play in keeping our communities safe.
Western Australian SES crews responded to more than 2,200 calls for assistance in 2025, with over 620 incidents already this year, including five cyclones impacting the northern WA coast, along with multiple tropical lows and flooding events throughout the wet season.
Their dedication, resilience and commitment during challenging conditions does not go unnoticed.
Join us this evening after sundown to acknowledge and show your support for our local SES volunteers, and help turn Second Ave orange in recognition of their service to our community. 🧡
