After weeks of investigation, we're pleased to report that our beloved Meeka Park train has been safely returned... and looking better than ever!
What looked like a daring train heist was actually a carefully planned refurbishment, giving this iconic playground favourite the makeover it deserved.
Fresh new look
New softfall surrounds
Added shade for comfortable play all day
Before reopening the line, our Facilities team conducted the all-important safety and quality assurance checks, personally putting the upgraded train through its paces to ensure it was ready for its next passengers. And from the smiles in these photos, we'd say it passed with flying colours!
The newly refurbished train is now back at Paraburdoo Meeka Park, ready for the next generation of conductors, explorers and adventurers.
