Tom Price ANZAC Park works begin (Closed)

The Shire of Ashburton has commenced upgrades to ANZAC Park in Tom Price.

The $200,000 project funded by the Shire, will enhance the area and complete the memorial space.

The new designs created by landscape design specialists Naturesque retain some of the vegetation currently in the area, with the additional planting of flora relevant to the memorial space.

This includes the introduction of ‘RSL Spirit of Anzac Grevillia’ to the area, a special plant propagated especially for the Centenary of Anzac in 2015.

The project work is being undertaken by Karratha based company Turf Gurus and is expected to be completed in February 2022, pending weather conditions.
