Community Workshop – Municipal Heritage Inventory Review

The Shire of Ashburton has recently commenced a review of its Municipal Heritage Inventory, a document that identifies local heritage structures and places.  TPG-Town Planning, Urban Design & Heritage (TPG) has been engaged by the Shire to undertake this review. 

The Shire and its consultant team would like to invite you to a community workshop to:

Provide an overview of the project and outline the Municipal Heritage Inventory and Heritage List review process.
Discuss the rationale and the implications of being included on the Municipal Heritage Inventory and Heritage List.
Seek community nominations for additional places that will be considered for inclusion on the Shire’s Municipal Heritage Inventory and Heritage List.

TPG will use the workshop outcomes to inform the review of the Municipal Heritage Inventory.  Further information about the asset selection process is provided in the attached information sheet.

The workshop will be held at:

Time 7pm – 8pm
When Thursday, 6th October 2016
Where Onslow Sports Club, Onslow
