We are very excited that Lifeline WA is heading to Paraburdoo this May with a free, practical session designed to equip the community with the knowledge and skills to support those around them.
Thanks to the support of Rio Tinto, this event is free for the community to attend.
This LivingWorks safeTALK workshop provides participants with confidence and practical skills to recognise when someone may be thinking about suicide and take action by connecting them to safety.
The “safe” in safeTALK stands for Suicide Alertness for Everyone. Participants learn simple, powerful steps to recognise signs of suicide, start the conversation, and connect someone to further support.
