An Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Electors is held once each financial year, within 56 days of accepting the Annual Report for the previous financial year, as required by the Local Government Act 1995.

AGM’s provide the opportunity for electors in the district to be presented with the Shire’s Annual Report (inclusive of the audited financial report) for the previous financial year, and the Shire President’s report.

The next AGM is scheduled to. be held on 9 December 2025 commencing 4:00pm in Council Chambers at the Onslow Administration Centre, Second Avenue, Onslow.

Electors are encouraged to attend in person. Opportunity is available for public questions or for motions of notice to be submitted.
