Proposed Repeal Local Law 2023

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995, it is proposed to make the above mentioned local law.
The purpose of the proposed local law is to repeal various historic obsolete local laws (by-laws) in the district. The effect of the proposed local law will be that the historic obsolete local laws (by-laws) identified will be repealed and they will no longer be in effect.
The proposed local law may be inspected at the Shire of Ashburton offices or on the Shire’s website www.ashburton.wa.gov.au
Public submissions are invited and may be made by 4.30pm on 2 June 2023, as follows:
